I know it's really naughty of me to write on space at work, but then come on it's a Friday afternoon!

 

So there you go, I only want to write down the books I wish to read recently:

 

Number 1: The Proper Study of Mankind by Isaiah Berlin

 

Number 2: Blenheim: Battle for Europe , How two men stopped the French conquest of Europe: Battle for Europe by Earl Charles Spencer (I've ordered it on Amazon, so hopefully will start fairly soon)

 

Number 3: Harry Potter (it's not number 1 only because I'm waiting for it to be reduced!)

 

Number 4: Hope and Glory by Peter Clarke (I'll probably read this first, before studying his fragmentation and globalisation again)

 

Number 5: A world history book in Chinese, recommended by Gilbert

 

Number 6: I long to pick up French again, missing last summer sooooooooo much

 

When I settle down with a computer to write Chinese, I'll be a manual worker filling all the holes I've digged.
